On May 28, the Doctrinal Sheet relating to process no. 17410 was published , in which the Tax Administration ruled on the documents that must be issued by the copyright holders, namely whether they should be based on the activity “ Artistic and literary creation ” and whether or not such operations constitute the realization of isolated acts.
