Bol.com in the Netherlands is looking for an Indirect Tax Compliance Specialist.
“As an Indirect Tax Compliance Specialist you are responsible for various declaration obligations of bol.com. Consider primarily the Dutch and foreign VAT returns, but also Opgaaf ICP and Intrastat declarations. You take ownership of those declarations and you provide here-we-no-pin-between reports. From preparing figures to the analysis and the actual declaration process; you guarantee timely, correct and complete settlement. Of course you want to fully understand the story behind the figures.
You add value, for example by linking data to tax regulations and continuously reflecting on your own work processes. Can dashboards generate more insight into indirect tax? How do we stay compliant in a changing e-commerce world? How and with which tools can we further improve and automate? You also help Ahold Delhaize’s Indirect Tax Specialist and Tax team in answering requests from the Tax Authorities and developing the tax control framework. Together with the Indirect Tax Specialist and the Record-to-Report team you ensure that VAT reports are reliable and that VAT is well anchored in our rapidly growing business. You work closely together with Ahold Delhaize’s Tax team.”
