General Rule 01-2020 regulates the issuance and use of electronic fiscal invoices, i.e. it sets out the conditions and administrative procedures required for becoming an authorized e-CF issuer. All taxpayers, whether individuals or legal entities, domiciled in the Dominican Republic meeting the conditions referred to may benefit from the provisions under General Rule 01-2020.
