The latest interpretation of the treasury confirms that the seller can issue several invoices for one order and only place one sale requiring mandatory split of payments under the so-called split payment. What matters is the gross value on the invoice, not the value of the entire order. This is another tax office position, which somewhat relaxes the restrictive tax regulations in this respect.
