Draft Bill to Amend Cross-Border VAT Rules

The Danish Ministry of Taxation  opened a consultation about a.o.

•  removal of import exemption for goods below 80 DKK
• MOSS for all cross-border digital services and sales of goods within the EU to 150 EUR
