Comments on ECJ C-573/22 (AGO) – Denmark may levy VAT on media contribution

Advocate General Szpunar concludes that Denmark is not in breach of EU law by subjecting the media contribution to VAT. The fact that the scheme has been amended several times since 1978 is irrelevant.
