An IT specialist who runs a sole proprietorship in his own apartment will not deduct 100 percent VAT from his car and fuel. Since he parks his vehicle in front of his house, he will also use it for private purposes – the tax office stated in its latest interpretation. According to experts, the tax office creates additional conditions that discriminate against small entrepreneurs, despite the fact that courts have long ruled otherwise.
