- Singapore has launched the GST InvoiceNow Requirement, which mandates the adoption of Peppol invoices for B2B transactions.
- GST-registered businesses are required to transmit invoice data to the government via InvoiceNow, leveraging the Peppol network.
- The implementation will be phased, starting with a soft launch on May 1, 2025, and newly incorporated companies voluntarily registering for GST as of November 1, 2025. All new voluntary GST-registered businesses will be required to comply by April 1, 2026.
