The Ministry of Finance will develop a mobile application for the e-invoice system, as announced by the National Council of Small and Medium Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR) after a meeting with the Executive. Discussions also covered topics such as the impact of new fiscal measures on entrepreneurs, support for transporters, and improvements in various legal provisions. Solutions were agreed upon, including the development of the mobile application and involving the business environment in developing rules for the application of the microenterprise tax. Additionally, a normative act will be adopted to subsidize the excise duty on diesel for the transport sector. Working groups will also be initiated to amend legislation in various fields.
