The Ministry of Finance in Poland has announced the consultation schedule for the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), aiming to engage stakeholders in discussions about the system’s future. The consultations will cover topics such as enhancing security and efficiency, integrating consumer invoices, and the importance of the KSeF identifier. The Ministry has organized nine hybrid-format meetings starting from February 16, open for registration through an online form. These consultations are crucial for refining the KSeF system, which is mandatory for all domestic transactions subject to VAT. The Ministry seeks to gather feedback to develop a robust e-invoicing framework that aligns with the needs of Poland’s business environment. Interested stakeholders are invited to participate in these consultations to contribute to the development of an efficient and secure e-invoicing system in Poland.
