The Draft Royal Decree was published on June 20, 2023 to implement Law 18/2022 relating to the creation and growth of businesses.
A public consultation and information period relating to B2B electronic invoicing has been launched to collect comments and suggestions from Spanish taxpayers. This public consultation phase ended on July 10. Since that day, the development of the project has continued normally. Publication in the Official State Journal of the final version of the technical regulations is expected by the end of 2023.
