- The Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (DGFiP) has made changes to the implementation timeline for the e-Invoice/e-reporting system.
- The new proposal states that implementation will begin on September 1, 2026 for large and medium-sized enterprises, and September 1, 2027 for all other businesses. This proposal is subject to acceptance of a Senate amendment.
- The final version of the timeline is expected to be approved by the end of December this year. The pilot phase for testing is expected to start in 2024.
