Irish Revenue has issued eBrief No. 214/23 concerning an update to the Tax and Duty Manual Budget Excise Duty Rates. The Manual has been updated to reflect changes in certain excise duty rates announced in Budget 2024, including new rates of Mineral Oil Tax and Tobacco Products Tax effective from 11 October 2023.
