Breaking: Proposed timetable E-Invoicing mandate – Sept 1, 2026 (Large/Mid & Receive) – Sept 1, 2027 (SME’s)

The amendment to the Finance Bill for 2024 has been tabled and here is the officially proposed timetable regarding the e-invoicing obligation:

• 1 September 2026: obligation to issue for large companies and mid-caps + obligation to receive for all.
• 1 September 2027: Obligation to issue for SMEs and micro-enterprises.
