- The proposed One-Stop-Shop (OSS) mechanism for VAT will be introduced from January 1, 2025, specifically catering to the B2C supply of electricity, which will significantly reduce administrative burdens and ensure the fast-paced growth of the EV charging sector remains uninterrupted.
- There may be a delay in the implementation of this simplification, but once the OSS mechanism is in place, it will ensure every player can drive forward without VAT registration roadblocks.
