X states that there is no question of a delivery for sales tax because the buyers with 50% ownership cannot dispose of the horses as lord and master. However, the District Court of Zeeland-West-Brabant rules that the sale of half of the ownership of show jumpers by X is regarded as a supply for VAT purposes.
