It will not be necessary to issue tickets that function as invoices in a structured form – according to the published draft regulation. It’s about, among others for toll
motorway tickets, as well as railway, plane and ship tickets. The project is related to the amendment of June 16, 2023 to the VAT Act and some other acts (Journal of
