The main administration of the DPS in the Odesa region informs that for the purposes of VAT taxation in accordance with Clause 180.1 of Art. 180 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (as amended, hereinafter referred to as the Tax Code), a taxpayer is, in particular, any person who is registered or subject to registration as a taxpayer.
