Are the services provided by the Poviat through its unit, i.e. the Shelter (…), consisting in the organization of recreation for children and youth during the summer and winter holidays, as well as the supply of goods and the provision of services closely related to these services, performed in the forms and on rules set out in the provisions of the Act on the education system, may benefit from the exemption from tax on goods and services, pursuant to art. 43 sec. 1 point 24 lit. and the Goods and Services Tax Act (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended)?
