Double counting of purchase costs for reduction of tax base in violation of car dismantling scheme

The Court of Appeal of ‘s-Hertogenbosch ruled that a calculation system in which one purchase amount twice leads to a reduction when determining the tax base is not in accordance with the system of the car dismantling scheme.
