Phased introduction of mandatory e-Invoicing
As of July 1, 2023, e-Invoicing is mandatory in Ghana for 650 large taxpayers selected by the government.
To comply, taxpayers must connect to the e-VAT platform for receipt and invoice validation and send real-time transaction data to the government.
