Published in the BOE Order HFP/381/2023, of April 18, which modifies Order EHA/1274/2007, fundamentally, to incorporate model 036 of “Census declaration of registration, modification and deregistration in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and retainers» the request for inclusion and deregistration in the Register of extractors of tax deposits. It also modifies Order HFP/417/2017, of May 12, to enable the entry of modifications in the tax base and fee for which there is no obligation to issue a rectifying invoice in the book-registry of issued invoices.
