The Tax Service has prepared for taxpayers of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation a form (template) of a VAT tax return on paper in Excel 97-2003, OpenOffice-ODS and PDF formats ( letter of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated April 3, 2023 No. SD-4-3 / 3943@ ).
