Ministerial regulation of March 8, 2023 on :
1° publication of the Belgian law of December 21, 2022 on various tax provisions, Title 3, Chapter 6, Article 60;
2° partial transposition of Council Directive (EU) 2020/262 of December 19, 2019 establishing the general arrangements for excise duty (recast); and
3° amendment of the amended ministerial regulation of March 18, 2010 publishing the Belgian law of December 22, 2009 on the general arrangements for excise duty transposing Council Directive 2008/118/EC of December 16, 2008 and repealing Directive 92/12/EEC on this matter.
