From 2023, new INTRASTAT rules are in force in Romania. The changes concern mainly the statistical thresholds and the introduction of new CN codes:
- The INTRASTAT thresholds in 2023 are 1,000,000 LEI for both import and export of goods. This means that if a company importing or exporting goods from or to Romania and the value of these goods exceeds LEI 1,000,000 in a given reporting year, it must start submitting INTRASTAT statistical declarations.
