Poland’s Ministry of Finance introduced modifications to the draft bill aimed at enforcing a nationwide e-invoicing system as a standard billing system for VAT called Krajowy System e-Faktur (abbreviated as KSeF). The updates were introduced as a result of observations made by the public during consultations and are intended to streamline the invoicing process for businesses, making it easier and more efficient for them to manage their VAT obligations.
