Comments on ECJ C-482/21: Hungary is not acting in violation of EU law by denying an insurer the right to a VAT refund

The Court of Justice of the EU has ruled that Hungary is not acting contrary to EU law by not granting a VAT refund to Euler Hermes for the VAT paid by its insured persons.
