As of today, citizens, organizations and legal professionals such as lawyers and tax advisers can litigate digitally in national tax cases at all courts. Digital litigation is possible in new and current state tax cases via the secure web portal Mijn Rechtspraak. Digital litigation in all courts is planned later this year.
