The Ministry of Finance begins tax consultations regarding the logical structure of internal records kept by members of the VAT group – JPK_GV(1).
The logical structure was prepared in connection with the submission for public consultation of the draft regulation of the Minister of Finance on the records kept by members of the VAT group.
The draft regulation of the Minister of Finance on the records kept by members of the VAT group was published on the website of the Public Information Bulletin of the Government Legislation Centre .
Any comments regarding the substantive and logical correctness of the JPK_GV(1) structure should be submitted by 13 January 2023 in electronic form to the following address: [email protected]
