The Portuguese Secretary of State of Tax Affairs has just published the Dispatch no. 8/2022-XXIII, pursuant to which the following changes have been implemented:
1. The invoicing saft-t file, of fiscal documents (invoices, credit notes, etc) issued in 2023, can be submitted until the 8th of the following month.
2. The 2022 annual inventories can be submitted until 28.02.2023 or the second month following the end the fiscal year
3. PDF invoices are equivalent to electronic invoices until 31.12.2023
