From January 1, 2022, entrepreneurs can voluntarily use the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). It is a system that allows you to issue and share structured invoices. E-invoice, as a common billing system, will become mandatory from 2024. It will cover activities that currently require documenting an invoice issued in accordance with the VAT Act.
