The East Brabant District Court has sentenced a 49-year-old man to four months’ unconditional prison sentence for actually managing a private limited company and, from that position, for deliberately filing an incorrect VAT return in 2018. The Public Prosecution Service had demanded nine months unconditionally. The Tax and Customs Administration tracked down the now 49-year-old suspicious entrepreneur after due diligence in 2016 and 2017.
