The mechanism for paying VAT by the offset method when importing raw materials, materials and components was extended until 2024. At the same time, it is proposed to include in the list of imported goods for which VAT is paid by this method an additional number of items of metal products and equipment necessary for the implementation of investment projects. It is also proposed to expand the coverage of manufacturing enterprises that receive accelerated VAT refunds when exporting products.
