Comments on C-596/20: ECJ leaves unanswered second set of questions about double VAT in IT services

Referring to its judgments of 17 December 2015 and 18 June 2020, the EU Court of Justice declares that it has no jurisdiction to answer the questions referred by the Hungarian court for a preliminary ruling.
