- Taxpayers subject to income tax that are obliged to issue invoices, but not yet obliged to issue in electronic form, must implement e-invoicing for their activities by 29 November 2022; and
- Individuals and companies that are not subject to income tax but are obliged to issue invoices must also implement e-invoicing for their activities by 29 November 2022.
