Where the Federation, despite being excluded from the ISTAT list, is still registered in the Index of digital domiciles of the Public Administration and public service operators (IPA), it must continue to apply the split payment discipline, also in order to ensure legal certainty for its suppliers, for the operations for which an invoice is issued prior to the updating of the list itself.
