The controversy surrounding payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) has again been pronounced as revenue from the scheme dropped by N40.67 billion in the month of April. The development was disclosed during the May meeting of Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) meeting where the three tiers of government shared a total sum of N656.60 billion for the month of April.
