The judge recently ruled that there is no legal basis to oblige entrepreneurs to submit declarations via eHerkenning . In response to parliamentary questions, State Secretary Van Rij stated that he believed that there was indeed a legal basis for this. He therefore believes that he can still force entrepreneurs to file a declaration via eHerkenning.
