Originally, the draft assumed that the contract register would be made available by the public finance sector unit on the entity page in the Public Information Bulletin, and the Minister of Finance would define, by way of a regulation, the contract register template, bearing in mind the need to ensure completeness, uniformity and transparency of the information included in this register. and the ease of finding this information.
