EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC applicable as of April 6, 2022 (after implementation Council Directive on VAT Rates)

The attached version of the EU VAT Directive has been updated with:

• Council Directive (EU) 2022/542 of 5 April 2022 amending Directives 2006/112/EC and (EU) 2020/285 as regards rates of value added tax

These changes are effective as of April 6, 2022
