Bankruptcy before 2021: credit notes only after the unsuccessful conclusion of the procedure

For bankruptcy proceedings initiated before May 26, 2021, the issue of credit notes remains governed by the previous version of Article 26 of the VAT Decree which requires their unsuccessful conclusion.
