In late October 2021, the Thai Revenue Department published an updated frequently asked questions (FAQs) document regarding the VAT applicable on certain electronic services provided from abroad (“e-services tax”) on its website. In the document, the Revenue Department provides some further clarifications and new examples regarding electronic services that are subject to the e-services tax.
