VAT rate reduced from 12% to 10%, but less transactions subject to 0%

The VAT decrease to 10 percent will be implemented by no later than January 1, Prime Minister Philip “Brave” Davis said yesterday. But with the two percent reduction will come the elimination of the zero VAT rating on a variety of items.
