The Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is launching a pilot e-invoicing programme in 2022, with large businesses participating in a pilot in April 2022. The aim if for a full 1 July 2022 implementation based on the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN) Act.
