The Court agreed with X and the Inspector that the transaction fees were fees for services rendered by X to the specific providers of the transaction and that to that extent economic services were covered by Article 11(1)(j) of the Dutch VAT Act. The Court established the number of customers from outside the EU in good justice and arrived to a pro rata of 75%.
