The Ministry of Finance has announced important information for people using a qualified signature. From January 1, 2022, it will no longer be possible for the JPK Gateway to submit JPK, CUK and ALK files signed with a qualified signature using the SHA-1 algorithm. From that date, only files signed with a qualified signature, which uses the SHA-256 algorithm, can be sent through the JPK Gateway.
Therefore, the Ministry calls for the signing software to be updated or reconfigured (e.g. to change the signature parameters of the hash function from SHA-1 to SHA-256) by the end of 2021.
