Despite the complications caused by the pandemic last year, the Tax Cobra continued to successfully combat tax evasion and tax crime. Operational cooperation in the exchange of information between police officers, customs officers and specialists of the Financial Administration involved in the Tax Cobra makes it possible to better analyze and detect tax evasion and at the same time to act quickly and effectively against their perpetrators. In the 7 years of its existence, the tax cobra saved the state CZK 12.94 billion.
