PZC is a customs document within the meaning of VAT regulations. Therefore, it authorizes the deduction of input tax. This may be in the declaration for the period in which the customs document was received. It must be acknowledged that the receipt takes place when the taxpayer downloads the relevant document from the customs authorities’ server.
