• The FPS Finance and FPS Economy are launching a national campaign to promote electronic invoicing among entrepreneurs, with didactic materials available for ITAA members to use in client communications.
• Resources such as visuals, posters, banners, and example texts can be accessed on the official website (efactuur.belgium.be) to assist in guiding clients through the transition to e-invoicing.
• The ITAA recommends the Banqup/Billtobox platform for its legal compliance, client approval processes, data security, free access to invoices, transparent pricing, and compatibility with global e-invoicing standards.
