Kazakhstan’s Acting Industry Minister amended the VAT-exempt list for vehicles, agricultural machinery, and components on March 20, 2025.
VAT exemption for components will boost localization, develop related industries, and support Kazakhstan’s small and medium manufacturers.
By this order, the List of vehicles and (or) agricultural machinery, as well as their components, the sale of which is exempt from value added tax, is supplemented with lines 32-52 as follows:
- Paints and varnishes, incl. enamels and polishes, based on polyesters, acrylic or vinyl polymers, synthetic ….
